David is licensed as a stock broker and a real estate broker, completed the classes required to get his contractor license, has 10 years experience in developing and syndicating multi-family housing (over 7 apartment communities), in addition to experience as a residential real estate broker. David's background gives him knowledge in zoning, city and county regulations, construction issues, septic fields and city planning departments all over Wake County.
